Introducing Ellansé M. The brand was developed in 2009 and bought by Sinclair Pharma in 2014. It was specifically designed to fulfil the needs of aesthetic medicine.
The CE-certified ELLANSÉ range of bio-fillers provides for an individually selected shelf life of 1-4 years with the products ELLANSÉ S, ELLANSÉ M, ELLANSÉ L, and ELLANSÉ E.
The unique exclusive STATTM technology in the form of regulated, controllable entire product deterioration – according to the patient’s requests – enables this customised, cost-effective option: Polymer chains are lengthened in each case to offer the necessary scheduled shelf life and efficacy.The smooth texture allows for proper injection, resulting in a soft implant with both immediate and long-term benefit. Because of their smooth surface and round form, the microparticles have excellent biocompatibility.
Ellansé M is a soft, totally resorbable polymer based on polycaprolactone (PCL). For decades, PCL has been utilised successfully in medical preparations. It, like the viscosifier carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) employed in this formulation, has a great safety profile. PCL microparticles induce collagen synthesis, resulting in a long-lasting, durable tissue scaffold. Normal metabolism is responsible for elimination.
